AGM - followed by 'North Somerset in 2020'

The AGM will take place on Thursday 12th November, 8pm via Zoom

The AGM will be followed by 'North Somerset in 2020' 

 

Following on from the AGM, at approximately 8.30pm, you will have the opportunity to meet and talk with our three Green Councillors.

Their review of North Somerset in 2020 will include the following issues. There will plenty of opportunity to discuss and ask questions.

•  The Local Plan:

• Feedback on the ‘Challenges’ consultation stage
• Information about the 'Choices – Autumn 2020’ stage.
• Choices' is about looking at alternative approaches for where new housing, employment and community uses might go over the next 15 years and which are the broad locations which best reflect the priorities of residents

•   Climate emergency and carbon literacy

•   Waste and recycling update

•   Active travel consultation

•   Re-wilding and the nature emergency motion

•   Banwell Bypass

•   North Somerset flagship housing development
